Leading Where I Am

Do you ever feel like you’re not good enough to lead? Like you don’t have the skills, the experience, or the authority?

If so, you’re not alone. A lot of women feel that way. But the truth is, you don’t need to be perfect to be a leader. You just need to be willing to step up and take action.

In fact, sometimes the best leaders are the ones who are leading from a place of weakness. They’re the ones who are willing to admit that they don’t have all the answers, but they’re still willing to try.

So if you’re feeling called to lead, but you’re not sure where to start, here’s a few things to keep in mind:

  • Start where you are. Don’t wait until you have all the answers or all the experience. Just start taking steps in the direction of your calling.
  • Be yourself. Don’t try to be someone you’re not. Be authentic and genuine, and people will be drawn to you.
  • Be willing to learn. The best leaders are always learning. They’re always looking for new ways to improve themselves and their leadership skills.
  • Be willing to fail. Everyone fails at some point. But the important thing is to learn from your mistakes and keep moving forward.

If you’re willing to do these things, you can be a leader, no matter where you are in your life. So don’t be afraid to step up and take action. The world needs your leadership!
